Inside the Experience: How Each Class Flows

Intention Circle
3-5 minutes

  • Circle-up to establish community of support

  • Set personal intentions for the class, creating focus and connection before we move

Somatic Integration/Warm-up
10-12 minutes

  • Connect the mind and body by bringing conscious awareness to the breath, stretching, and gentle
    movement

  • Progressively increase movement and intensity to elevate heart rate and circulation throughout the body.

Boxing Rounds/HIIT
35-40 minutes

  • Begin with boxing fundamentals, focusing on stance, technique, and proper technique.

  • Each new round builds on the previous one, incorporating at least one additional boxing skill to enhance technique and progression.

Cool-Down/Embodied Self-reflection
6-8 minutes

  • Transition into silence, allowing the body’s wisdom to surface in a sacred moment of healing where powerful insights can be accessed.

  • Occasional guided exercises support integration, presence, and self-awareness.

Community Check-Out
3-5 minutes

  • Close the session as we began—sealing in our practice by circling up to reflect, connect, and honor the experience.
