The corporate wellness workshops are Ideal for employers and organizations who wish to foster a healthy, supportive work environment conducive to learning and high performance. Through movement, mindfulness, and community, we guide employees on a journey from stress to strength.

Burnout is real—and it’s costing your people their energy, focus, motivation, even their mental health. At the very least, team morale is at an all-time low.
The risk for burnout is especially high for ‘helping professionals” (i.e. mental health workers, first-responders, nurses, teachers,etc). High-stress Industries expose workers to vicarious trauma simply because that’s the nature of the work. As the line between “personal vs professional” gets blurred, it’s imperative we consider the physiological impact this has on individuals. We want to remind the folks who serve others to take up space too!
Box-2-Beat Burnout is a movement-based workshop designed to strengthen teams, build resilience, and release stress. This 90-minute workshop fuses boxing fundamentals with somatic psychology to reignite morale.

Inside the Experience: How Each Class Flows
Intention Circle

Circle-up to establish community of support
Set personal intentions for the class, creating focus and connection before we move
Somatic Integration/Warm-up
10-12 minutes
Connect the mind and body by bringing conscious awareness to the breath, stretching, and gentle
movementProgressively increase movement and intensity to elevate heart rate and circulation throughout the body.
Boxing Rounds/HIIT
35-40 minutes
Begin with boxing fundamentals, focusing on stance, technique, and proper technique.
Each new round builds on the previous one, incorporating at least one additional boxing skill to enhance technique and progression.
Cool-Down/Embodied Self-reflection
6-8 minutes
Transition into silence, allowing the body’s wisdom to surface in a sacred moment of healing where powerful insights can be accessed.
Occasional guided exercises support integration, presence, and self-awareness.
Community Check-Out
3-5 minutes
Close the session as we began—sealing in our practice by circling up to reflect, connect, and honor the experience.
